Dr. Ezi Ezimokhai is a dedicated and compassionate family physician proudly serving the southwest Calgary community. With over 15 years of medical experience, Dr. Ezimokhai brings a patient-centered approach to care, focusing on building lasting relationships and improving long-term health outcomes for individuals and families.
He earned his medical degree from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2004 and is certified in Family Medicine by the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Known for his warm, approachable manner and commitment to excellence, Dr. Ezimokhai provides comprehensive care that includes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, acute care, and health education tailored to each patient’s needs.
Dr. Ezimokhai is currently welcoming new patients at Bridlewood Oasis Medical Clinic, located in southwest Calgary. He is passionate about helping patients lead healthier lives and takes pride in creating a supportive, respectful environment for everyone who walks through the door.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Ezimokhai is also active in community development and entrepreneurship, with interests in real estate and housing initiatives across Calgary.
Dr. Sreeja Nair Poothencheri

Dr. Sreeja Nair Poothencheri is a trusted and experienced family physician at Bridlewood Oasis Medical Clinic in southwest Calgary. With over 25 years of experience in medical practice, Dr. Poothencheri is known for her compassionate, thorough, and holistic approach to patient care.
She received her MBBS degree in 1998 and is certified by both the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) and the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP). Dr. Poothencheri offers a full spectrum of family medicine services, with clinical interests that include preventive care, chronic disease management (such as diabetes and hypertension), women’s health, pediatrics, and mental health support.
Fluent in English, Malayalam, Tamil, Urdu, and Hindi, she provides care to Calgary’s diverse community with empathy and understanding. Her ability to communicate across languages strengthens her patient relationships and enhances the overall care experience.
